  I became interested in complementary therapies for reasons which developed from my childhood, whereby my mother used plants, herbs and natural remedies for healing wounds and was always avoiding prescribed drugs if at all possible. I initally trained in reflexology in 1997 because I was intrigued how working on the feet can help the body. As others told me at the time therapies can become addictive and I went along to a workshop for indian head massage and was completely taken with it, so added this to my repetoire in 2001. later, in 2005 I became interested in Egyptian reiki and found it to be a powerful system of healing. I practise from my home in Steyning, West Sussex, a little market town nestling in a valley of the south downs. We are in a good location with beach 5 miles away and Brighton 11 miles to the East with Worthing 7 miles to the West. i am a Fully insured and up to date Member of The Association of Reflexologists and Member of The Tera-Mai and Seichem Healers Association offering treatments to suit your budget
